During your consultation, your coach will go over health history, exercise experience, nutritional habits, and fitness goals.

Trigger Point Therapy
Post physical therapy training is essential for the individuals that are looking to be physically active again but are concerned for the chance of re-injury. Our goal is to prepare your body for physical fitness in a safe manner.
Trigger point therapy is an alternative therapy, the benefits of which include a focus on detecting and releasing trigger points. Located in the muscle, trigger points are spots that produce pain when compressed.
Stretching
Our goal is to prepare your body for physical fitness in a safe manner. Our newest model of personal training offered at Fitness Journey. Our goal is to help relieve pain and get you back to whatever activities you enjoy doing.
Speed and Agility Program
Speed and agility training has been identified to positively affect: court-based sports, field sports, track and field, throwing sports, and water sports. Speed and Agility programs increase maximal strength and power, improve running efficiency, and help with injury prevention.
Pre-Post Partum Training
One of the biggest factors to determine whether a training program is proper for the woman is previous activity levels. I absolutely recommend training your body before pregnancy; it can aid in preparing the body for the upcoming changes. If the client has been training prior to pregnancy, it is much easier to continue training well into the duration of the pregnancy.
