If you are like most people, just going to the gym isn’t enough if you truly want to see results. Fitness Journey is a personal training gym that offers private training, tandem training and fitness programs.  Meet with one of our certified fitness and nutrition professionals to develop your personal plan for success. We offer free fitness consultations. During your consultation, your coach will go over health history, exercise experience, nutritional habits, and fitness goals. Your coach may also acquire some baseline measurements such as weight, girths, and a movement analysis.

Maddux’s passion is helping people meet their personal fitness goals as an outcome of his personal health journey over the last seven years. He has experience training different fitness levels, from beginners to Division 1 athletes. He has even rehabilitated and alleviated chronic pain in shoulders, knees, and hips. Overall, his patient yet passionate approach has proven successful in helping his clients achieve their goals!

Strength training stresses bones, which can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.I cannot say enough amazing things about training with Maddux! He is so knowledgeable in all areas, from growing muscle and strengthen the body to stretching after a grueling workout.
